As a result of the fixture between the Curtin Victoria Park Cricket Club and the Bedford Morley Cricket Club in Grade Two, Round Five, Bedford Morley Cricket Club player Cameron Lynn was reported by umpire Bruce Boland for “show(ing) dissent at an umpire’s decision by action or verbal abuse” (Rule 1: Level 1.2 offence). Lynn was offered an early plea penalty of a $150 fine, of which was accepted.

As a result of the fixture between the Whitfords Cricket Club and the High Wycombe Cricket Club in Grade One, Round Four, High Wycombe Cricket Club captain Jamie Scardifield was reported by umpire Angelo Porcaro for the “use (of) language that is obscene, offensive or of a seriously insulting nature to another player, official or spectator” (Rule 2: Level 2.6 offence). Scardifield was not offered an early plea and was found guilty of the above-mentioned offence by the tribunal. The tribunal handed down a one (two-Saturdays) match penalty, making him ineligible to play in any match until 4 December 2011.
Further, as a result of the fixture between the South Perth Cricket Club and the Melville Cricket Club in Grade Two, Round Four, both South Perth Cricket Club player Jason Priest and Melville Cricket Club player Daniel Lake were each reported by umpires Errol Miguel and John Turner for “engaging in inappropriate and deliberate physical contact with other players or officials in the course of play” (Rule 2: Level 2.2 offence). Both players were offered a one (two Saturday’s) match penalty, and both players decided to proceed to the tribunal. The tribunal found both players guilty of the above-mentioned offence and imposed a one (two-Saturday’s) match penalty, making them both ineligible to play in any match until 4 December 2011.
