High Wycombe won back to back first grade Premierships, with a convincing victory over Bassendean at the weekend. 

The Bulldogs took the unusual step of inserting the oppostion in a GF, but it certainly paid off as they dismissed Basso for 105.  They say when the going gets tough, the tough get going. Last season's leading bowler, Ben Hort bowled his heart out to take 4/13 off 16 overs.

In reply the High Wycombe top order hung tough, to get them home with 3 wickets down.  Skipper Jamie Scartifield was out there at 36* as they got home.

Congrats Bullies, a magnificent victory!

Also commiserations to Basso.  Their performances all year have been refreshingly good & should not be judged by just the GF. You have done yourselves & your Club proud!
