Balcatta had an excellent season in 3rd Grade, dropping just 1 match in the qualifying rounds.  However in the GF they came up against a determined Whitfords who batted first, and posted a very challenging 9/243 off their allotted 72 overs.

Despite this, the Cats weren't to be out done, and thanks to the efforts of Cole Pearce 84, & John Chadd 76*, who both rose superbly to the occasion, were able to get home with just 4 wickets down.
